What does an ADGM do? Assistant Division Governor Marketing Strives to achieve Distinguished Division club growth goals:
Helps areas achieve distinguished area status by assisting area governors in achievement of Distinguished Area Program goals related to membership:
|
Another huge need in the district is for club coaches. Training for coaches will be provided as well.
|
Why should you become a club coach? 1) As you collaborate with a club to help add new and retain existing members, you stretch yourself to come up with new creative methods that you can take back to your own club. 2) You gain new leadership skills by helping others achieve a common goal. 3) A successful club coach is awarded credit towards the Advanced Leader Silver award. |
A very wise friend in Toastmasters, our PRO Ron Jones, reminded me of a quote from leadership guru, Zig Ziglar.
