Marketing Membership Status
Goals:
• To reach the District 54 goal of 3,295 Membership Payments by June 30, 2012
• To help all clubs reach the DCP Membership Goals 7 and 8
• To support Vice President Membership in club membership growth and retention, resulting in every club attaining and surpassing charter strength.
o This will be achieved by the following means:
§ Providing timely and insightful information through District Dispatch articles.
§ Availability to Vice Presidents of Membership and all District membership to assist with matters relating to membership growth and retention
Current Status (as of November 6, 2011):
· 1241 Membership Payments received so far
· 17 clubs (up 1!) have achieved DCP Goal 7: 4 new members - and -
o 60 clubs have added at least one new member since July 1, 2011! This is up from 56 clubs from the last report. Fabulous work!
· 2 clubs have achieved DCP Goal 8: an additional 4 new members – and –
o A total of 8 clubs have added at least 5 new members since July 1, 2011!

Goals:

Current Status (as of October 20, 2011):
· 1149 Membership Payments received so far
· 16 clubs (up 14!) have achieved DCP Goal 7: 4 new members - and -
o 56 clubs have added at least one new member since July 1, 2011! This is up from 35 clubs from the last report. Keep it up!
· 2 clubs have achieved DCP Goal 8: an additional 4 new members – and –
o A total of 7 clubs have added at least 5 new members since July 1, 2011! Awesome!
Completed membership programs:
· Smedley Award Program
o Runs from August 1 – September 30
o Add five new, dual, or reinstated members
o Receive a Smedley Award ribbon for the club banner and a special discount code for 10% off the next club order!
· “Distinguish Ourselves” Program
o Runs from July 1 – September 30
o 25% increase in membership from July 1st
o Receive a $25 Gift Certificate to the Toastmasters International store!
