I was not aware the Website was not sending out information in the normal manner.
FYI after submitting a newsletter it normally is sent within 2 to 5 hours, this did not happen yesterday.
THIS IS THE BEST EXPLAINATION I CAN SHARE WITH YOU; ITS THE TRUTH!
After getting feed back, I learned the Website for District 54 was locked up.
Perhaps: any time notices SHOULD BE SUBMITTED EARLIER: so this can't happen again!
Again, I just wanted to see the record Right.
