District 54 offers club officer training sessions
twice a year to support club officers as they perform their duties
in the club.There are also a variety of other topics covered during
the TLIs; all Toastmasters are invited to attend. NOTE: There is
a one-time TLI Club Registration fee of $10.00 per club in the summer
and in the winter that should be mailed with the club registration
form. This fee allows officers as well as club members to attend
any or all TLIs (Moline, North Aurora, Normal).

Program (DCP).
- Is a requirement for recognition
as Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) or
"old" Competent Leader (OCL - previous CL requirements,
