Club and Officer Information Form
. . Promoting your club to help increase
its membership is extremely important and accurate contact information
is critical. Prospects may be looking for a club in your area and
will search Toastmasters International's
data base of clubs and contact information. At regular intervals
review the information TI has on record for you club. If changes
need to be made submitt changes through "Change my club’s
meeting and/or club officer information."

. . Log in at Toastmasters International as a club officer and use your club's password to assign, change
or add club officers and to update club meeting information.. The
form is reached from the "Club Business" link on the Toastmaster
International home page.
. . Right after elections report the new club officers, their names
and contact information to World Headquarters online. Current club
officers can retrieve a lost club password by sending an e-mail
to lostpassword@toastmasters.org.
Please include your name, position, club number and district number.
